 Hi, I'm Sophie!  


I've been passionate about fitness for most of my life, growing up in a family that values staying active


It just makes sense for me to keep up with the trend!

 I had a tough time accepting my body changes during pregnancy, and I wish I had a different perspective back then


However, I made sure to keep lifting weights and staying active. I truly believe that paying attention to your body and staying active during pregnancy can really help it bounce back afterward

I absolutely love working out in my home gym with my daughter and being a positive influence for her

From the moment you sign up you'll have access to your personalised workouts through the fitness app. The videos and instructions are straightforward, and you can message me directly or modify your workouts as needed. Additionally, I’ll conduct weekly check-ins to help keep you motivated, and it provides me with valuable feedback too 


 Absolutely! Having a gym membership doesn't necessarily mean you're making the most of it. I can definitely customise your plan to fit perfectly within a gym setting 


Online coaching can be equally effective, if not more so, than traditional in-person coaching. It often requires some trial and error to determine whether in-person, online, or a combination of both suits you best, whether you're a coach or a client. 


Bodyweight workouts are just as effective, regardless of the situation. Wherever you find yourself, you have your body with you, allowing you to exercise anytime and anywhere.  


No matter your age, body type, or fitness level, everyone begins their journey at a different point! This workout plan is tailored just for you 


Just simply let me know if you'd like to continue for another month. There are no commitments or hidden charges, and you can cancel whenever you want.
