How Online Training Works

Getting started with online training is simple. First, you’ll complete a short form where you tell me about your training environment — whether you prefer working out at home or in the gym — and what equipment you have access to. If you’ve got an upcoming event or specific goal, you can share that too, so I can tailor your plan exactly to you


Once I have all the details, I’ll set you up on the Everfit app, where I’ll deliver 3–5 personalised workouts per week. You can request support as needed during your chosen timeframe, giving you the flexibility to train in a way that fits your lifestyle


As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I provide:

  •  24/7 support for accountability and guidance
  •  Basic nutrition advice to complement your training
