Every session—online or face-to-face—is customised around your unique needs, whether you’re managing menopause, recovering from knee surgery, or working with other conditions like osteoporosis or neurological differences. You’ll get a safe, effective routine that evolves with your progress 


 The HYROX/Event Prep plan is a focused 10-week online program that includes 4–5 workouts per week. The workouts target strength, endurance, and mobility—ideal for preparing you for HYROX or similar fitness events


On average, clients who commit to a 12-week program achieve a 6–10 kg weight loss, get noticeably stronger and fitter, and feel more confident in their routines 


You can train effectively with minimal gear. Most workouts use bodyweight, resistance bands, or dumbbells. If you don’t have any equipment, the plan will still include suitable alternatives so you can progress no matter what 


In-person sessions take place Monday and Friday mornings (9 AM to 12 PM) and Saturday mornings. These sessions are tailored to your needs and held in a private, fully equipped home gym. (First session is free!) 


 “Train Together” lets two people train simultaneously—for example, friends, partners, or co-workers. It’s great for motivation, accountability, and fun, and offers cost-efficient shared sessions 


 Yes! Online coaching includes basic nutrition advice to support your workouts and help establish healthy habits that complement your fitness goals 


Hybrid Coaching combines the flexibility of online workouts (via the app) with the added structure and accountability of one in-person personal training session per week—blending convenience and hands-on guidance


 All online coaching is delivered through the Everfit app, where you’ll receive personalised workouts (3–5 per week), and have access to ongoing support as needed 


Start by completing the PAR-Q form online to share your fitness background, goals, and any considerations like injuries or equipment. Once submitted, you’ll be guided to book your preferred online or face-to-face plan
